Caribbean Ritual: A smooth and sultry serve with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Parafante liqueur, coconut, and pandan leaves soda. Richly aromatic with tropical depth, it feels like a short escape to the Caribbean in a chilled highball (£18)
Society of Exploration: One of the most popular cocktails on our list. Desi Daru Mango Vodka, dragon fruit, and lime come together in a bright, refreshing tropical mix (£18)

Enjoy a summer feast in Kensington Gardens with a wicker hamper from The Milestone Hotel. Filled with delicious al fresco fare, it's perfect for a lazy afternoon. Please book 48 hours in advance and ensure to inform us of any dietary needs.

Celebrate Thanksgiving with a seasonal menu featuring smoked Monterey Jack cornbread, truffled macaroni cheese croquettes, and traditional Norfolk Bronze turkey with all the trimmings. End with warm pumpkin mousse or a roasted apple and raisin tartlet. A full vegan menu is also available. For a more intimate gathering, our private dining rooms offer complete privacy for family and friends.

Sabrage is the technique of opening a bottle of champagne with a sabre - a method which became popular in France when the armies of Napoleon celebrated their victories. The blade travels up the neck of the bottle to break it away near the cork, leaving the main body of the bottle open and ready to pour.
