Due to the design and rich history of the property, we are constricted with regards to structural changes to be totally accessible, however whether you have mobility, hearing or visual impairments, we will be able to suggest the best solution to ensure your stay in London is as comfortable as it is luxurious.

Accessible Rooms

  • One accessible room available with mobility features with passage doors that provide 32” of clear width
  • Room is located on the ground floor, with easy access to the entrance and public areas
  • The room has a king-size bed which can be twinned
  • The shower is fitted with grab rails, emergency alarm and is wheel-in accessible
  • The toilet, also fitted with grab rails and emergency alarm, is located just outside the bedroom
  • The colour tones are neutral and the bedroom and bathroom floors are marble
  • No carpets or rugs to create trip hazards or difficulty moving around the room if in a wheelchair
  • All items of furniture may be removed upon request
  • Additional items such as a shower chair, toilet seat riser and pillow safety alarm can be provided upon request
  • Measurements: 900mm, bathroom sliding door: 1000mm, shower door: has a bath with hand rails fitted.
