Room Service Operations Manager

The Milestone Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Room Service Manager to manage the daily operation of the Room Service department, ensuring the highest level of guest care and service. You will be a strong motivator and trainer with attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all daily Food and Beverage tasks are organised, served and set up correctly in the department
  • Ensuring the operations within the Room Service department is supervised at all times
  • Planning and controlling staffing levels, making sure training and development is monitored
  • Maintaining close communication with the Restaurant and Food and Beverage Manager

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have previous experience in a similar role within a four or five star hotel

  • Be eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis
