Food and Beverage Manager

The Milestone Hotel currently seek to recruit a highly motivated and hands on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our Restaurant, Bar, Afternoon Tea and In-Room Dining outlets. Reporting directly to the General Manager.

The Milestone Hotel part of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection overlooks Kensington Palace and Gardens, also a short walk from The Royal Albert Hall. This Grade II listed building holds 44 individually designed bedrooms, 12 luxury suites and 6 long-stay apartments. A ‘Leading Hotel of the World’, this exquisite Five Star property has traditional British charm in abundance, from classic furnishings to regular Afternoon Tea sittings. Our guests also enjoy our unique Stables Bar, Conservatory and Chesentons Restaurant. Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day management of all Food and Beverage departments (25 employees)
  • Recruitment to maintain staff levels
  • Staff training and development
  • Planning of Food and Beverage promotions
  • Maintaining budgets and reach financial departmental targets
  • Occasional weekend Executive Management cover
