PMD Hosted Tea Academy
23rd March 2019

We have proudly been serving Single Estate Teas from our ethical supplier, PMD Tea, for several years. Our tea tutorial marries a selection of the finest PMD Teas with our award-winning Afternoon Tea sandwiches, scones and pastries. The Tea Academy will be hosted by Dananjaya Silva, Managing Director of PMD Tea, in the stunning setting of Cheneston's restaurant, with crisp white table linen, exquisite rose centrepieces, mahogany furniture and beautiful Victorian leaded windows. Dan will guide you through the history of tea and how to expertly pair tea with food, creating the ultimate Tea Academy experience. 

Advanced booking is required. This event will occur monthly. 
Price includes Afternoon Tea with a selection of PMD teas, an in-depth tea tutorial and an interesting Q&A discussion.

Lanson Champagne Dinner 
11th April 2019

We have partnered with our House Champagne supplier, Lanson, to bring to you a Champagne dinner of distinction. The evening will commence with pre-dinner aperitifs and canapés in our beautiful Conservatory and finish in our beautifully appointed Windsor Suite.

As one of the oldest holders of the Royal Warrant, Lanson is a family-run House in the capital of Champagne, Reims. Within the grounds of the House, you’ll find the last remaining walled vineyard in Reims, known as a Clos Lanson. Traditional champagne winemaking gives each vintage blend the ability to age gracefully, and at Lanson, these bottles rest in the cellars for at least five years before they’re released for sale. This is just one of the many traditional methods used to enable Clos Lanson to produce such carefully crafted and great tasting champagne. Producing some of the world’s finest champagnes since 1760, each carefully considered part of their craft has been passed down from generation to generation throughout the years.

Bouchard Finlayson Wine Dinner

In celebration of London Wine Week, join us for an exquisite Bouchard Finlayson Wine Dinner. You will enjoy a range of wines that have been expertly paired with a five-course menu.

One of South Africa’s most awarded boutique wine estates, Bouchard Finlayson lies in a scenic valley, just an hour and a half from Cape Town. Framed by great fold mountains and breath-taking ocean views, it is one of the best wine-making regions in Cape Town, with duplex soil structures and sun-facing slopes.
