Here at The Milestone we really appreciate how difficult it can be when you have to leave your pet at home, so we are delighted to introduce you to our special ‘Pet Services’.

Not only do we welcome pets but we have created a unique package towards ensuring your favourite friend has the time of their lives. Our Head Concierge, Jim Cameron and his capable team will ensure your pet’s needs are catered for in every imaginable way.

Reservation:
Please mention that your pet will be travelling with you in order for us to forward you our special “Pet Preference Form” or click here to see our Pampered Pet package

On Arrival:
Your pet will receive a tailor made welcome hamper, which include a toy, a treat, a Milestone tag and clean-up bags. A welcome letter with information on all our special pet services available from our Head Concierge, with all his unique travel tips.

In House:
A choice of custom made Milestone Hotel pet bed, cushions and duvets
Floor mats
“Do Not Disturb/Pet Sleeping” card
