If you don’t want to travel far in your finery, and would like to use this as the perfect excuse for a short break in a splendidly luxurious hotel!, The Milestone has to be firm favourite – especially now we’ve introduced this highly unusual package.

As you well know, one simply cannot be seen at any of these social occasions without a hat to turn heads. We’ve therefore appointed Louis Mariette as our Milliner in Residence – which means that guests who take advantage of this package will be treated to a consultation with Louis. You can choose creations from his ready-to-wear range but he’ll also take a commission for a bespoke hat if you want something truly unique.

Louis’ clientele includes Jerry Hall, Alek Wek, Jodie Kidd, Isabell Kristensen, Sophie Dahl, Joan Collins, Dannii Minogue, Lady Gaga, Paris Hilton and Kate Moss – so you’ll be in good company.

Once you have your wonderful hat, you need to travel in complete comfort and style to the races or the polo so we’ll provide a chauffeur driven Bentley to take you there and back.

The night before the big day, and the night after, you’ll stay in one of our luxury rooms, with a bottle of Joseph Perrier Champagne in your room and a full English breakfast on both mornings.

Tuesday the 5th June, the Queen's Diamond Jubilee weekend will culminate with a day of celebrations in central London, including a service at St Paul's Cathedral followed by two receptions, a lunch at Westminster Hall, a Carriage Procession to Buckingham Palace and finally a Balcony appearance and Flypast.

The whole month, however will see the city engulfed in jubilee fever, so we've introduced a special package for guests who stay with us between the 1st and 30th of June. If you are with us for two or more nights you'll enjoy the complimentary inclusions listed below, and we’ll organise tickets to two royal palaces.

What's more, if you stay over the jubilee weekend itself you could be leaving with a very special surprise. Also included is a relaxing massage session with world renowned spa therapist Fiona Keane to help you unwind and get over your jetlag, as well as a gift bag including an Alpha Sleep pod, aromatherapy oils, lavender eye mask and vouchers for further sessions with Tej.

There are few experiences as relaxing as a cruise – it’s such a wonderful way to discover new destinations, create new friendships and explore fresh shores. With this in mind we’ve come up with a special package to prolong the pleasure and help you make the experience even more magical.

Our special cruise package gives you two nights in London at the Milestone Hotel plus your luxury car transfers between the airport and your cruise liner for your outward and return journeys. The two nights can be taken before you step aboard, to help you settle into the swing of your holidays whilst sampling some of the delights that London has to offer. Or you may choose to break your return journey with a city stay on the way home. Either way you’ll have a couple of extra days and nights to unwind in one of Europe’s most fascinating, welcoming and vibrant capital cities.

What’s more, knowing that the journeys between airport, hotel and cruise liner are all sorted means you have nothing to worry about – you can step off your plane, and ashore from your voyage, without a care in the world!

The cruise package includes:

Two nights in the room or suite of your choice
Breakfast on both mornings
