Cinderella on Ice - The Milestone Hotel adds to the magic

The Royal Albert Hall is staging a spectacular production of Cinderella on Ice and and the luxurious Milestone Hotel in Kensington, voted No. 1 British Hotel, Condé Nast Traveler Gold List World's Best Hotels 2009, has created a special fairytale package to make this must-see extravaganza an even more magical event.

The world-famous Imperial Ice Stars, who have won international critical acclaim with their innovative portrayals of The Sleeping Beauty on Ice and Swan Lake on Ice are set to thrill once more with a stunning new interpretation of Cinderella on Ice within the magical setting of the Royal Albert Hall.

It is only the second time in history the arena floor of the Royal Albert Hall has been frozen with ice, giving the 25-strong cast of World, European and National Championship skaters the opportunity to dazzle and enthrall the audience with their daring and graceful feats in a breathtaking display of world-class skating. The sophisticated production boasts opulent costumes; magnificent projected scenery and stunning special effects, including fire, rain and flying. Renowned for their unique brand of innovative skating and story-telling, the cast continues to break new ground in the genre of ice dancing, elevating the art form and broadening its appeal.

The Royal Albert Hall is only five minute's walk from The Milestone, so it's the perfect place to stay for those who want to make the most of the occasion. The hotel has created a special Cinderella on Ice package of one night's accommodation in a beautifully appointed bedroom or suite, plus a host of added extras. These include a welcome glass of Champagne, pre-show three-course dinner with dessert served on the guest's return, two tickets to the show, plus a programme, and full English breakfast next morning.

Only eight performances are being staged over five days, from 24th to 28th February 2010 - tickets are certain to sell out fast so the hotel advises early booking to avoid disappointment.
