Whether it’s caused by stress, jetlag or simply being in unfamiliar surroundings, a sleepless night is misery – and our Sound Sleep Experience is designed to ensure you get your full forty winks.
We’ve teamed up with internationally recognised sleep, stress and performance therapist Tej Samani to offer guests, whether travelling for business or pleasure, a one hour private consultation. Over the past five years his programmes have helped celebrities, world-class athletes, top corporate personnel and a diverse range of individuals get the quality, natural sleep they deserve.
Also included is a relaxing massage session with world renowned spa therapist Fiona Keane to help you unwind and get over your jetlag, as well as a gift bag including an Alpha Sleep pod, aromatherapy oils, lavender eye mask and vouchers for further sessions with Tej.
There’s also an extensive pillow menu and a list of top tips to help you drop off (specially tailored, depending on whether you are travelling for business or pleasure). We’ve even included a healthy detox breakfast the next morning to get your day off to the perfect start!
