When you book a stay in one of our luxurious apartments you will receive a complimentary welcome hamper, Full English Breakfast daily, Afternoon Tea or a three course Table d’Hôte dinner for four on one day of your stay, complimentary one way airport transfers to or from London Heathrow Airport, and complimentary apartment allocation from the previous night for early morning access subject to availability.
Apartments must be booked for a minimum of seven nights. Deposit of 10% of total accommodation charges required at time of booking. Cancellation of reservations must be advised 15 days prior to the day of arrival to avoid any possible charge. In the event that a booking is cancelled after this time, we reserve the right to apply 100% cancellation charge. Should we be able to resell the apartment for all or part of the original booking period, cancellation charges will not be made for any of the period that has been resold.
