The RCH Gift Card is easy to use and  lets you top-up your balance to use it over and over again.  You can also review your transactions and balance online or directly at the hotel.

You can purchase and deliver your Gift Card from or to anywhere in the world in your choice of currency, a delivery surcharge is applicable and will be automatically calculated upon purchase.

Q. Can I use my Gift Card anywhere else?

A. The Gift Card may only be used at a Red Carnation Hotel or outlet as listed above.

Q. How long is the card valid for use?

A. Cards are valid for 1 year from the date when the money was last loaded onto the card.
