The RCH Gift Card is easy to use and  lets you top-up your balance to use it over and over again.  You can also review your transactions and balance online or directly at the hotel.

You can purchase and deliver your Gift Card from or to anywhere in the world in your choice of currency, a delivery surcharge is applicable and will be automatically calculated upon purchase.

Q. How often can I use my Gift Card?
A. Gift Cards can be used as often as you wish until the value on the card has been used. Please note the value on the Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase or from the date when money is added to the card.
Q. How do I pay with my Gift Card?
A. Simply hand your Gift Card to a member of staff at the front desk/reception where it can be swiped and used to pay for goods and services. If making a reservation by phone or online, you will need to use a valid credit card to secure your reservation and then use your Gift Card upon checkout at the hotel as payment. Your credit card is only used to secure the reservation, no money will be deducted from it.
Q. Can I use my Gift Card as part-payment?
A. Absolutely, the Gift Card can be used as part or full payment for any hotel service.

Q. Can I top-up my Gift Card with more money?
A. It's easy to add money to your Gift Card account, simply visit your account login page, enter the card number printed on the reverse of your card and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can add money to your card directly with the hotel or outlet at any time.
Q. In which currency do I buy and use my Gift Card in?
A. You can purchase in any of the local currencies of the hotels or outlets, payments for services will be deducted in the local currency of the hotel or outlet, converted with the current rate of exchange and automatically deducted from your Gift Card account. Your credit card will be charged at a converted GBP total price inc packaging.
Q. Is there a delivery charge?
A. Delivery charges apply and vary according to location, the cost will be displayed at time of purchase in GBP. The applicable charge will be added to your total upon purchase. Your card will be despatched no later than 3 days after order acceptance, the carrier is Royal Mail.
Q. How will the Gift Card be presented?
A. Gift Cards up to the value of GBP200.00 sterling come in a greeting card/wallet format with the actual card placed inside. For Gift Cards over this value an elegant gift box will be issued at no extra cost (excluding delivery charge).
Q. Who should I contact if I have any problems with my Gift Card?
A. Gift Cards are operated by a company called Flex-e-Vouchers who offer a customer services telephone number Monday to Friday between 8am to 8pm (UK time) on +44 (0)844 7744 277, outside these hours an answering service is in operation and your call will be returned the following working day. Alternatively you can email us at giftcard@rchmail.com.
Q. What should I do if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
A. Please report it immediately by telephoning customer services on +44 (0)844 7744 277 or alternatively email us at giftcard@rchmail.com where we will cancel your card and issue a new one.
