It can be hard to stick to your everyday healthy routines when you’re traveling, which is why the Milestone has created "The Well-Being Package": a tailor made stay for guests who genuinely care about their health that makes it easy to keep up the good work even when you’re on the road. 

Central London is full of good reasons to neglect your usual programmed, but it also offers plenty of ways to keep fit and look good. As part of The Well-Being Package The Milestone will arrange a personal trainer to motivate and inspire you to get your training done.

London also offers miles of walks and jogging trails in the nearby parks, perfect for the avid or casual runner, and on our doorstep we have the beautiful Kensington Gardens and neighboring Hyde Park that offer some of the best jogging routes in London. For something a little more strenuous, the Milestone has an in-house gym with a resistance pool that guarantees a great workout.

After all your, hard work enjoy a full hour massage, followed by a specially created well-being meal in Cheneston’s restaurant that offers a range of great tasting healthy food options.

Our well-being package includes:
