    General Manager Andrew Pike

    With over twenty years experience in the hospitality industry, the last five of which with Red Carnation Hotels, I joined The Milestone in October 2005. My role at The Milestone is to lead our team of over 90 employees to ensure that the service and product we provide our valued guests is second to none and that having once experienced The Milestone, our guests will not want to stay anywhere else. If you have not stayed with us before, it would be my pleasure to welcome you to our fine hotel. A few members of my team below would like to introduce themselves.

  • Deputy General Manager Frits Potgieter

    I initially joined Red Carnation Hotels as Front of House Manager at the Chesterfield Mayfair in September 2002. I am now at The Milestone Hotel, as the Deputy General Manager. The team and I are committed to ensuring that, however many times you return after your first visit, we continue to make you feel luxuriously at home with every expectation exceeded. From reservation to departure, your requests will never be too large and no detail will be too small in our commitment to make your experience effortless, memorable and genuinely special in every way.

    Director of Sales Sinai Pedreschi

    I joined The Milestone Hotel in February 2005 as Director of Sales after 5 years with Raffles/Swissotel as Director of Sales and Marketing in London and 5 years at Grosvenor House as Director of Commercial Sales looking after their Exclusive Collection of hotels.  I have an indepth knowledge of the London and US markets and my aim is to exceed my clients expectations.
  • Neil Anderson

    Operations Manager Neil Anderson

    I have worked in luxury hotels in Spain and Germany from the age of 16. I have been working here at The Milestone Hotel and Apartments since July 2000 and have worked as a  Night Manager, Guest Services Manager & Front of House Manager during this time. My team's aim is to ensure that every guest leaves our hotel knowing that they have had an exceptional service experience.
  • Sarah Gianville

    Reservations Manager Sarah Glanville

    Tana and myself have been looking after this important department since October 2005. We take pride in knowing every one of our 57 bedrooms and 6 apartments inside out. I am especially familiar with this area of London, having managed reservations in Kensington for over 3 years. Whatever special requirements our guests have, we ensure that every little detail and personal preference is handed onto the operations team.
  • Front Office Manager Chantal Booysen

    I started at the Milestone 4 years ago as a receptionist and has since progressed to the role of Front Office Manager. I love looking after our guests and getting to know them and enjoy every time they return. My role very much focuses on exceeding every guests' expectation by anticipating their needs and remembering the things that are important to them.

    Head Concierge Jim Cameron

    I have spent the past twenty-seven years working in the hotel industry, starting my career as a night porter in Edinburgh, Scotland and then progressing onto concierge before moving to London in 1986. London is a truly magnificent city and my role here at The Milestone is to ensure you get the absolute best out of everything. My team and I have a wealth of knowledge at our fingertips and will be delighted to assist with your each and every requirement.

    Food & Beverage Manager Stefan Otto

    I started my love affair with The Milestone Hotel as Senior Sous Chef in 2002. Many moons later I find myself as F&B Manager and am delighted at the prospect of leading the F&B team. For us it's all about exceeding our guest's expectations and making them feel like family. I can't wait to introduce you to our superb dining options, exceptional wines and fantastic service. What I can tell you now though is that “every night is Champagne night at The Milestone”.

    Executive Chef David Smith

    I have worked in some of London's finest hotels including the Goring, Ritz and the Stafford. I am passionate about using only the finest and freshest ingredients to prepare the wide variety of dishes we offer at The Milestone. We believe that great food prepared well is a fundamental part of your experience of staying with us.
  • Head Barman Daniel Crebesse

    Having worked in several fine hotels in London for many years, I am really excited to have joined this fantastic property. Cocktail bartending is a great profession where you get to share some fantastic experiences with guests and I actually enjoy it so much that I am also national Vice President for the UK Bartenders Guild.

    I have developed quite a few signature cocktails over the years and amongst my favourites is my award-winning ‘Blushing Response’, a concoction of Bombay gin, peach snappes and cranberry juice served with a rose petal.  I greatly look forward to making your acquaintance.
