With over twenty years experience in the hospitality industry, the last five of which with Red Carnation Hotels, I joined The Milestone in October 2005. My role at The Milestone is to lead our team of over 90 employees to ensure that the service and product we provide our valued guests is second to none and that having once experienced The Milestone, our guests will not want to stay anywhere else. I started at the Milestone 4 years ago as a receptionist and has since progressed to the role of Front Office Manager. I love looking after our guests and getting to know them and enjoy every time they return. My role very much focuses on exceeding every guests' expectation by anticipating their needs and remembering the things that are important to them.

I have spent the past twenty-seven years working in the hotel industry, starting my career as a night porter in Edinburgh, Scotland and then progressing onto concierge before moving to London in 1986. London is a truly magnificent city and my role here at The Milestone is to ensure you get the absolute best out of everything. My team and I have a wealth of knowledge at our fingertips and will be delighted to assist with your each and every requirement.
