The Lord of the Rings movies are widely regarded as some of the finest examples of filmmaking, with Peter Jackson's work having picked up countless awards.
Return of the King, the final instalment in the trilogy, won 11 Oscars in 2004 and fans of the movie planning a trip to London late next month will have the chance to enjoy it in a unique setting.
Two screenings of the film are to take place at the Royal Albert Hall on September 28th and 29th, backed by the London Philharmonic Orchestra performing Howard Shore's Oscar-winning score.
Conducted by Ludwig Wicki, the 200-strong orchestra will add an extra dimension to the climax of JRR Tolkien's epic tale.
The Royal Albert Hall has already hosted sold-out performances of the Fellowship of the Ring and the Two Towers and guests staying at luxury London hotel the Milestone Hotel may not want to pass up the chance to enjoy Return of the King in such a grand setting.
