London International Horse Show at Olympia

Date: December 16th until December 22nd

Equine elegance will be on display in the capital this winter as the London International Horse Show returns to the Olympia.

Visitors can look forward to a host of spectacular events including the Federation Equestre Internationale World Cup Dressage Grand Prix and Kur, as well as the Accenture Christmas Puissance.

It is not just a show for horses however, as the Kennel Club Agility Stakes Finals will also be taking place where dogs will have the chance to demonstrate their skill and agility in a series of challenges.

The display acts for this year's extravaganza include Lorenzo The Flying Frenchman, who will put on a stunt extravaganza, and the King's Troop Royal Horse Artillery who will thrill crowds with their Musical Drive performance which includes stunning choreography and the famous "scissors manoeuvre".

Adding to the grandeur of the event will be a medal parade in honour of the Great Britain Olympic equestrian team.

It is not just at the show where dogs are welcome, as those visiting can bring their four-legged friend with them if they book a room at the luxury London hotel the Milestone.
