Whether you are staying with us or not, The Milestone Hotel can arrange a wonderful picnic for you to enjoy.

London is famous for its parks and we’re just as famous for our picnic hampers filled with delicious al fresco fayre. Put the two together and you’ve got the perfect lazy London afternoon.

The hotel can arrange a traditional Afternoon Tea in the park, in which case you could tuck into a selection of finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with Devonshire clotted cream and preserves, French pastries, fruitcake, strawberries with cream, a pot of tea of your choice, maybe served with a half bottle of Champagne – you decide.

This al fresco experience is also available to non-residents as well. 

With so many of London’s finest parks almost on the doorstep it’s a great idea that’s sure to consolidate the hotel’s reputation - and another excellent example of the Red Carnation Hotels’ philosophy that “no request is too large, no detail too small”.
