Is it Pimm’s ‘O’ Clock?: Stables Bar: All Month
This very British drink, traditionally associated with tennis and Summer days, is such a refreshing way to enjoy a lazy hazy June day. Daniel our head barman, definitely has match point with his Pimm’s Royal Champagne cocktail. This is made with Pimm's, topped up with Champagne, cucumber peel and mint, but he will be more than happy to mix you up a classic Pimm’s if you prefer!
Caveaux de Sabrage at The Milestone
Continuing the proud tradition of 200 years ago, dashing young cavalry officers in the French Army would slice the cork off the Champagne bottle with a sabre, rather than put themselves to the effort of removing the wire basket and easing the cork out. The art of ‘Sabrage’ was born! We are thrilled that The Milestone Hotel are now part of this fabulous association, so if you would like your Champagne opened with our Golden Sabre, just ask one of our food and beverage team and we will be happy to oblige!
