A Personal Assistant is required to work for the Executive Vice President of Marketing for The Red Carnation Hotel Collection. Working as a Personal Assistant within this busy central marketing office your duties will incorporate three main areas, PA responsibilities, Office Management and Marketing Co-ordination.
Personal Assistant responsibilities will include:
• Diary management
• Written correspondence and email on behalf of Executive Vice President
• Arranging travel and accommodation for Executive Vice President and the team
• Use of Word, Excel, Outlook, some PowerPoint and Publisher
• Sourcing venues, arranging details for lunches/receptions
Office management responsibilities will include:
• Central Marketing personnel co-ordinator, to include annual leave requests, sickness records and departmental HR system updates
• Dealing with internal and external post daily
• Arranging couriers, locally and internationally
• Managing boardroom diary
• Ordering of office stationery
Marketing co-ordination responsibilities will include:
• Co-ordinating advertising
• Producing monthly marketing activity reports
• Checking advertising contracts
• Research of advertising and marketing opportunities
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has excellent administration and organisational skills and is seeking their next step in executive-level support. As you will be coordinating office management duties, marketing-based project work and daily administration so your written and spoken English must be of a high standard.
