Are you a friendly and professional person able to carry out food and beverage duties?
We are looking for a friendly F&B Assistant/Porter to carry out food and beverage duties, including breakfast and room service, as well as serving traditional afternoon tea in our guest lounge.
Further responsibilities include assisting guests with luggage, organising taxis and any other reception-based queries. This position has excellent progression opportunities within Red Carnation Hotel collection, the perfect step to those who are looking for an exciting career in Food & Beverage.
The ideal candidate for the F&B Assistant/Porter should:
• four or five star hotel experience in a waiting or room service role
• HACCP and food safety awareness, preferably with Food Hygiene Certificate
• Communicate effectively in English
• Be eligible to work in the UK
