Switchboard Operator

Hotel: The Chesterfield Mayfair

The Chesterfield Hotel is a beautiful four-star star deluxe hotel situated in the heart of London’s Mayfair. We offer our guests a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The Front Office Department is looking for an enthusiastic Switchboard Operator to join the team.

Key responsibilities of the Switchboard Operator will include transferring guest and hotel telephone calls according to Red Carnation Hotels standards. You will be the welcoming voice of the hotel, showing warmth and charm to our guests, always communicating a passion of excellent customer service over the telephone

The ideal candidate for the Switchboard Operator should:

• have an excellent telephone manner
• Communicate effectively in English
• Be eligible to work in the UK

Previous switchboard experience would be an advantage, although this is not essential, as full training will be given.
