Hotel 41 is one of London’s most exclusive five star boutique hotel properties, situated in Victoria, London. We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic professional for a Food and Beverage Host with a company offering fantastic growth and development opportunities.

Key responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Host will include:
• Welcoming, greeting and helping the guests to hotel standards
• Offering a sophisticated butler service within the hotel rooms and suites
• Serving meals, snacks and beverages within the executive lounge and boardroom
• To ensure that bar and lounge tables and stations are clean and tidy

This position has excellent progression opportunities. We are looking for a candidate with a potential to become a supervisor. It is the perfect first step to those who are looking for an exciting career in food and beverage service.

The ideal candidate for the Food and Beverage Host should:
• Have previous food and beverage experience in a 4 or 5 star Hotel ideally with some supervisory duties
• Be able to deal in a professional manner with guests and staff members
• Be dynamic and self motivated
• Have a valid work status in the UK
• Be well spoken

We require a candidate to be flexible to work either an early or a late shift between the hours of 6.30am until 12.00pm between Monday to Sunday.
