The Milestone Hotel Earns “World’s Best Service”

The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is proud to announce its five-star award-winning London hotel The Milestone Hotel was ranked number four in Travel+Leisure's Readers' Poll highlighting World's Best Service 2012, Hotels Europe, City Hotels; and ranked number five in Hotels Overall, City Hotels. In each of these categories The Milestone earned a stellar score of 97.39. Every year Travel+Leisure Magazine spotlights the top properties in nine regions worldwide that excel in service, as rated by readers in the World’s Best Awards survey. The Milestone earned Travel+Leisure’s number one spot in their 2011 World’s Best Awards’ list of Top 10 Small City Hotels in Europe.
