From the moment that my husband and I entered your hotel we were treated like royalty! Your staff are truly exceptional in every way. We were shown to our room by Pedro who simply couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. The young man attending the bar was extremely welcoming and made us some lovely cocktails. Room service was quick and efficient and was presented in a lovely way, and the breakfast staff in the morning were so kind and attentive. We loved your hotel and our room and we plan to return, this time with my parents to show them - I know that they will be bowled over with it!! We had booked the romance package and all the gorgeous little extras made our stay extra special especially upon returning to our room late in the evening to find lit candles and rose petals in the room - how lovely! Thank you to you and your staff for a wonderful stay. Our only regret is that we were in London on business and did not have much time to relax in the lovely lounge and enjoy the hotels facilities. I had the pleasure of staying at The Milestone for two evenings while in London on business. When I arrived from the States, as promised, my room was ready for me to freshen up. I had an unplanned business breakfast the next morning and the service was professional and very accommodating. I was greeted by name each time I entered and exited and my room had a fantastic view of the park. The exercise room was clean and had all of the equipment one would expect. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the hotel for any traveller who values the boutique experience.

My wife and I stayed in Milestone in August and what we can really say that it was the most charming hotel we ever stayed. We are regular travellers in terms that we some knowledge about special places and hotels to stay around the world. In our opinion Milestone is the best we ever stayed. We are talking about location, sophistication, and glamour, in a very friendly atmosphere that makes the Milestone totally different from other hotels. We felt comfortable the moment we arrived. They make the difference! Next year, my wife and I will celebrate our 25th anniversary. We are planning a special holiday. We still haven't reached to a decision, but I would say that London, at the Milestone Hotel, is amongst our options of course.

I truly could not have been more impressed by the genuine hospitality that I received from the entire service team. The Milestone Hotel was our base for 3 weeks and every one of our guests were completely impressed and delighted with all the staff that they encountered. I myself have worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years and have never in my career seen such passion for service as I did with this team. Their motto of "No request is too large - No detail is too small" is evident in all departments. Sometimes it was the little things, like when the housekeeper that was taking care of my beautiful deluxe room left a bookmark on my book when she noticed that I didn't have one. And then the larger things - when the front desk notices on a guest's passport that their birthday falls during their stay, they have the pastry chef prepare a birthday cake to be delivered to their guestroom. I truly found that each staff member made it their mission to ensure each guest had an extraordinary stay. I myself know that I will return one day to enjoy the flawless hospitality that is out of this world. Thank you to everyone who made our stay one that I will never forget.

I fell in love with the Milestone in February when I first came to have afternoon tea. I had the chance to visit some rooms and could only think about coming back. What really makes the difference between hotels in other categories and a 5* hotel would be the service, the staff is really taking care of the guest's needs and we really feel like we can ask anything. Then I would say the decoration, and the attention to the detail. This time again, I had a chance to visit some other rooms and to really appreciate the beauty of the hotel. I stayed in room 311 and it was absolutely beautiful, I found that the decoration had a little feminine touch and was really matching my taste. For my first stay at the hotel I was really happy to enjoy a view on Kensington gardens. I appreciate the little welcome drink very much and all the small attentions. I have tested the swimming pool and found the system quite nice to enjoy a small size pool. Everything was perfect. The staff was so kind and really helpful and I would like to thank them all. I really love the hotel and try to talk about it and to make it known amongst my friends and colleagues.

It's really not about the Frette Linen or in your case the very high count Egyptian Cotton, nor is it about the towels and bathrobes. It's not about the Bentley, the comfort, the refreshments offered, or the bottles of water in the fridge. It's really not all about the comfort of the bed that one didn't want to get out of, the great night's sleep, nor the water that seemingly is HOT from the minute you turn on the faucet. It certainly was not about breakfast. And it certainly is not about location.
Instead, a night at The Milestone was about the people. The wonderful people working at the hotel who make a guest feel welcome from the joyful moment he arrives to the sad moment of departure. And to all of you, my thanks, my appreciation for allowing this travel agent to continue to truly enjoy his job of matching his clients with the very best hotels he can throughout the world, in a knowledgeable fashion.

I, with my wife, had an outstandingly pleasant stay at the Milestone Hotel the other day. All the staff were friendly and, more importantly, very professional. The room was comfortable, and the concierge booked wonderful seats for The Phantom of The Opera, which was another dream of ours, on top of staying the Milestones Hotel. All in all, our last day in London became truly special thanks to the Milestone Hotel team. We shall return, and recommend without hesitation.

Overall I was very impressed with the Milestone. The service and greeting on arrival, as well as the general staff friendliness, and can do attitude, was wonderful. I never felt as if anything was to much trouble. The room, though small was charming, and all the little touches from the carnations to the candle at night were wonderful. I did not feel I was in a hotel at all. Overall the stay felt as if I was a guest in a friend’s home which was wonderful. A very good stay, and compliments on the breakfasts they were of excellent quality and were very enjoyable.

We come into town a lot and often stay overnight. By chance I saw your reviews on trip advisor and so we booked to stay at the Milestone this trip. The hotel certainly lived up to expectations. We refused the look around offered only because we needed to get out Christmas shopping but it's a great little touch. The room was ready though we were early and very very nice indeed. Room service was quick too - always appreciated. The attitude and service from ALL staff was great. I think as an indicator this is the big one. Finally it is the attention to detail, I think, that sets you apart. We WILL return - even though you are bit far out from our usual haunts and we will TELL people about this perfect little hotel.

My wife and I enjoyed our recent stay at the Milestone Hotel. In addition to the excellent location of the hotel, attentiveness to our needs by the hotel staff was also excellent. Of particular note are two gentlemen at Cheneston’s Restaurant, who took an interest in our daily activities and provided us with good advice on what to see in London (in addition, of course, to providing us with great service at breakfast). After having discussed the virtues of other hotels in London (including other Red Carnation hotels) my wife and I will most likely return to the Milestone Hotel on our next visit.
